Sales Development Representative - Level 1

As an SDR at FrontBurners, you’ll master the fundamentals of outbound, finding leads, writing strong outreach, and starting real conversations that turn into pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Prospect daily across LinkedIn, email, and phone
Send personalized cold outreach to targeted leads
Research companies and decision-makers
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and strategies

What You’ll Need:

Strong interest in tech, startups, and sales
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Willingness to hustle and learn on the go
No formal experience required, just attitude and work ethic
