Onboarding Project Manager & Customer Success Specialist

You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, help them get results fast, and ensure they stay happy, engaged, and successful with FrontBurners. This role blends account management, support, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding calls and account setup
  • Build project timelines and manage delivery milestones
  • Train new customers on tools, workflows, and handoffs
  • Track performance and report back with insights
  • Handle support issues and identify expansion opportunities

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years of project management or customer success experience
  • Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, etc.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts with care and urgency
