You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, help them get results fast, and ensure they stay happy, engaged, and successful with FrontBurners. This role blends account management, support, and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding calls and account setup
- Build project timelines and manage delivery milestones
- Train new customers on tools, workflows, and handoffs
- Track performance and report back with insights
- Handle support issues and identify expansion opportunities
What You’ll Need:
- 1–3 years of project management or customer success experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts with care and urgency
